Long Range Planning - Stormwater & Erosion Control Regulations
The Federal Clean Water Act, as administered by Washington State Department of
Ecology, required Clark County to recently amend its stormwater and erosion
control regulations to become equivalent to regulations in the Puget Sound area.
This action also modified our local water quality and wetland protection laws.
These regulations will continue to affect all unincorporated areas within Clark
County. The cities of Vancouver and Camas are expected to adopt similar
standards this year.

Chapter 13.29 CCC (Stormwater and Erosion Control)
Effective July 28, 2000
Chapter 13.26A CCC (Water Quality)
Effective July 28, 2000
Chapter 13.36 CCC (Wetland Protection)
Effective July 26, 2000
