Re-Certification
Instructor:
Phil Fortunato
The re-certification class is a condensed version of this training that will
again review BMP use and implementation, storm water plan modifications (SWPPP),
and permit requirements. In
additions there will be a section on the legal aspects of non-compliance.
Phil Fortunato, ECO 3, and Allan
Bakalian, an environmental attorney in Bellevue, WA, have worked together on
real stormwater issues involving
various companies both residential and commercial. This re-certification
training is constructed based on past attendees feedback wanting to know more
about the legal aspects of Stormwater issues. Now you can get re-certified
and get answers to your questions about personal and corporate liability and
what you can do to help protect yourself and your company from excessive fines,
penalties and legal fees for stormwater violations.
Re-certification is offered for current certifications or certifications expired
not more the six months (proof required).
Qualified attendees will obtain a three year certification from the class date.
Re-certification can also be obtained by attending the full 2 day certification
class.
Project Managers should consider this class for permit compliance and bidding &
scheduling issues. Class is offered for no certification credit to
interested parties not currently certified.
