ECO-3 Classroom and Internet Erosion Control Training Available Nationally for Customization Wondering how you can train Public Sector Erosion Control Inspectors or Private Contractors? ECO-3 has pioneered Internet Erosion Control Training for the Washington State Department of Ecology (WDOE) Stormwater Manual Vol. II. This training program, given in the classroom and over the Internet, allows Construction Site Erosion Control Supervisors and Public Sector Inspectors in Washington State to be knowledgeable in the latest WDOE Best Management Practices. The Classroom and Internet Training Program are privately funded and paid for by the attendees. The Program meets Washington State's impending requirement to have a Certified person, on site or on call 24 hours a day, as the "Erosion and Spill Control Lead", for each construction site. Public and private employees taking this Training Course are "Certified" as being trained in Erosion, Sediment and Spill Control BMP's and Reporting requirements.
