What are my system requirements to use the Internet Training Program?
AOL Broadband Users Do not use the AOL Browser, stay connected and use Internet Explorer
Windows 98, NT Windows ME & 2000 Windows XP Macintosh
Internet training is best viewed using a broadband connection such as DSL or Cable Modem. The high connection speeds make viewing streaming video, pictures and audio more practical.
ECO-3’s Training program was constructed with a heavy reliance on Microsoft Internet Explorer’s and Windows Media Player capabilities. Because of that, you will need to have or download and install Microsoft’s IE 5.0 or greater. You can download IE free of charge from Microsoft. If you currently use Netscape, you can use both on the same machine without a problem.
System Requirements:
Windows XP users do not need any updates
These are all free updates
Windows 98, NT and older users should run this system check first.
If you have not performed Windows updates on a regular basis chances are you need to update your video drivers and media player extensions.
Before you begin, check to see if you have to latest video display and audio drivers by running the system check.
Windows ME & 2000 should be okay and may not need to run system check |
