WSDOT Erosion Control Lead

The New Western Washington DOE Stormwater Drainage Manual requires all Phase I cities and counties to have an Erosion Control Supervisor on call or on site at all times.  To meet this need, ECO-3 has taken its training seminar to the Internet.  Contactors are able to have their people certified without their personnel leaving the jobsite.
